In this Terms of Service, unless specified otherwise:- “The Company” refers to Webhoster Dubai.
- “The User” refers to any individual or organization that applies to use the services provided by the Company or its partners for one-stop hosting services.
- “Services” refers to any technical, managed, or hosting services provided by the Company or its partners, including services specified in the user agreement.
2. General Terms
- The use of services provided by Webhoster Dubai constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- Webhoster Dubai reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or through the website.
3. Account Creation and Management
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during the account creation process.
- The account holder is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to Webhoster Dubai immediately.
4. Services and Support
- Webhoster Dubai provides hosting services for websites, domains, and emails.
- Technical support is available 24/7 through email at support@webhoster.ae.
5. Payment and Billing
- Payment for services is required upfront unless agreed otherwise.
- Invoices are sent electronically, and Users are responsible for ensuring timely payment.
- Late payments may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Refund Policy
- Webhoster Dubai offers a 15-day money-back guarantee for hosting services.
- Refunds are only applicable to hosting services and exclude domain registration, add-ons, and other non-refundable services.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
- Users must comply with UAE laws and regulations while using Webhoster Dubai’s services.
- Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Hosting illegal content.
- Conducting fraudulent activities.
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam).
- Violation of these policies may result in account termination without notice.
8. Data Security and Privacy
- Webhoster Dubai implements industry-standard measures to secure User data.
- The Company is not liable for data loss caused by User actions or third-party activities.
- Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Webhoster Dubai is not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party failures.
- The maximum liability of Webhoster Dubai is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific service in question.
10. Termination of Services
- Webhoster Dubai reserves the right to terminate services for any violation of these terms.
- Users may terminate their accounts by providing written notice.
11. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- Any disputes will be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
